Precisamos &#8216;virar a chave&#8217; para <strong>REVENUE STRATEGY.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4n9il-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4n9il-0-0\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Estamos falando de<\/span>:<\/div>\n<div data-contents=\"true\">\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"h505\" data-offset-key=\"4n9il-0-0\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4n9il-0-0\">An\u00e1lise da Receita NET<\/li>\n<li class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4n9il-0-0\">Saber o custo de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de cada cliente<\/li>\n<li class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4n9il-0-0\">Foco no lucro e n\u00e3o no faturamento<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"h505\" data-offset-key=\"fia6b-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"fia6b-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"fia6b-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Para isso acontecer, as responsabilidades dos Revenue Managers dos hot\u00e9is precisar\u00e3o mudar. Na hotelaria americana, que est\u00e1 pelo menos 10 anos na nossa frente em termos de estrat\u00e9gia, esse \u00e9 o assunto mais debatido atualmente.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"fia6b-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"fia6b-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"fia6b-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Muitos ainda acham que a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de um RM \u00e9 unicamente otimizar tarifas para melhorar rentabilidade. Mas sabemos que eles est\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m envolvidos na an\u00e1lise de dados, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e estrat\u00e9gias de marketing digital.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"h505\" data-offset-key=\"6t3ci-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"6t3ci-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"6t3ci-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"h505\" data-offset-key=\"4jmn1-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4jmn1-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"4jmn1-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">E as habilidades desses profissionais v\u00e3o continuar expandindo. Claro que existem as exce\u00e7\u00f5es, mas na m\u00e9dia:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"eu5a9-0-0\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Redes internacionais<\/span> &#8211; RMs mais preparados, tecnologia de RMS que facilita o forecast, e cultura implantada.
