A\u00e9reas mudando regras de bagagens e assentos em efeito domin\u00f3! Bastante divertido esse neg\u00f3cio de mudar a estrat\u00e9gia comercial sem preparar os canais de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o nem os clientes&#8230;. agradecemos bastante alguns &#8220;parceiros&#8221; por acabar com a nossa produtividade di\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Como j\u00e1 faz 2 anos e meio que escrevo no Panrotas, a partir desta edi\u00e7\u00e3o pretendo publicar uma sess\u00e3o &#8220;<strong>Os dias eram assim<\/strong>&#8221; quando julgar apropriado, pois h\u00e1 coisas que escrevi que s\u00e3o atemporais, outras que s\u00e3o importantes refor\u00e7ar e quem sabe at\u00e9 esclarecer, pois na \u00e9poca n\u00e3o fui bem entendido.<\/p>\n<p>O primeiro &#8220;Os dias eram assim&#8221; dedico \u00e0 fase de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de or\u00e7amentos de viagens (nem falo de eventos porque isso quase n\u00e3o existe fora do setor farma e automobil\u00edstico &#8211; \u00e9 quase um copia e cola do ano anterior rs)!<\/p>\n<p>Falando de futuro do blog, tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 em mente lan\u00e7ar em breve a sess\u00e3o &#8220;Mitos e Verdades&#8221;, j\u00e1 que existem alguns pontos de vista que coloquei que viraram verdadeiras lendas urbanas. Aguardem!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Os dias eram assim &#8211; Construindo Or\u00e7amentos de Viagens&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TEXTO ORIGINAL:<\/strong> http:\/\/blog.panrotas.com.br\/gestordeviagens\/index.php\/2015\/07\/23\/como-se-preparar-para-suas-metas-e-o-budget-2016\/<\/p>\n<p>O que acrescentaria ao original?<strong> No A\u00e9reo, considerar as despesas com reembolso de bagagens, marca\u00e7\u00e3o de assentos e refei\u00e7\u00f5es a bordo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Na Hotelaria, or\u00e7ar custos com as novas pol\u00edticas de cancelamento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A fase de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de <em>budgets<\/em> para 2016 se aproxima rapidamente. Nela, n\u00f3s Gestores de Viagens (especialmente os alocados em Compras e Financeiro)\u00a0teremos de prever o impacto vindouro\u00a0em 2016 pelos (sufocantes) reajustes de pre\u00e7os em passagens a\u00e9reas, hot\u00e9is, locadoras de ve\u00edculos e outros componentes da categoria de viagens de nossas empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Estas discuss\u00f5es costumam ser bastante acaloradas (nas empresas onde h\u00e1 democracia e o Financeiro convida Procurement para propor um budget, e n\u00e3o simplesmente o imp\u00f5e), mas extremamente necess\u00e1rias e impactar\u00e3o diretamente nosso trabalho e metas (coletivas e individuais) de 2016. Por isto, sugiro aos meus colegas e leitores que se preparem, estudem seus n\u00fameros e analisem seu hist\u00f3rico para garantir uma discuss\u00e3o de alto-n\u00edvel, assertiva e que lhe traga bons resultados \u2013\u00a0<strong>uma meta come\u00e7a a ser batida j\u00e1 em sua constru\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Quais indicadores voc\u00ea defende como componentes dos custos de suas categorias? Al\u00e9m de fornecer informa\u00e7\u00f5es atualizadas e atendimento propriamente dito aos nossos viajantes, temos a oportunidade de obter visibilidade e controle sobre gastos efetuados nesta \u00e1rea &#8211; acredite, muitas empresas n\u00e3o d\u00e3o a devida aten\u00e7\u00e3o e gastam muito mais do que deveriam, j\u00e1 que geralmente o colaborador paga um despachante e pede reembolso.<\/p>\n<p>Quem j\u00e1 buscou informa\u00e7\u00f5es em sites de Cias. Mas o que queria deixar registrado do GBTA de S\u00e3o Paulo \u00e9 a dica da Gabriela Otto para os Gestores acerca de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es tarif\u00e1rias com hot\u00e9is (menos LRA, menos <em>allotments<\/em>, mais tarifas din\u00e2micas, mais descontos sobre a <em>Best Available Rate<\/em> (BAR) inclusive para que, mesmo tendo uma tarifa NLRA, voc\u00ea <strong>TAMB\u00c9M<\/strong> tenha acesso \u00e0 tarifa din\u00e2mica do dia e n\u00e3o apenas \u00e0 NLRA ou \u00e0 LRA).<\/p>\n<p>No GBTA de Boston, fiquei impressionado com o avan\u00e7o do AirBnB e sua integra\u00e7\u00e3o com Concur e iSOS. Ainda n\u00e3o me convenceu, mas me causou surpresa positiva.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m interessantes as ferramentas de gest\u00e3o de eventos e viagens de incentivos, finalmente otimizando os processos, eliminando planilhas e facilitando a leitura de or\u00e7amentos e detalhes para uma melhor tomada de decis\u00e3o por parte das empresas finais e de seus\u00a0<em>meeting planners<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>E para os colegas do estado do Rio de Janeiro, a pr\u00f3xima edi\u00e7\u00e3o do GBTA em terras fluminenses ser\u00e1 no dia <strong>21\/08, no Hilton da Barra da Tijuca<\/strong>. <a href=\"http:\/\/event.gbta.org\/LATAM-Events\/Brazil\/Conferences\/Rio-de-Janeiro\/Palestrantes\">Clique aqui para mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gest\u00e3o de Frota &#8211; Prepare-se!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como mencionei em um dos \u00faltimos posts, n\u00e3o tenho d\u00favida de que caminharemos para nos tornarmos Gestores de Mobilidade, o que seguramente incluir\u00e1 frota leve corporativa. Inclusive, muitos dos colegas <em>travel managers<\/em> j\u00e1 s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por isto em suas empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Bem, para quem n\u00e3o conhece, existe uma refer\u00eancia no mercado que \u00e9 o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.institutoparar.com.br\/\">Instituto Parar<\/a>\u00a0, que inclusive oferece um Programa de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Gestores de Frota (meu sonho trazer o equivalente deste curso do GBTA dos EUA para o Brasil, que \u00e9 o <em>The Global Travel Professional Certification<\/em>). Sugiro a leitura pois h\u00e1 trechos muito interessantes &#8211; especialmente pelos exemplos pr\u00e1ticos que ele emprega (sou f\u00e3 de exemplos e pouqu\u00edssimo de ret\u00f3rica). Por exemplo (rs):<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A\u00a0<strong>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9, basicamente, a estrat\u00e9gia que criamos para divulgar nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es. <strong>Recomendamos que exista, ao menos, quatro comunicados para toda a Empresa e que este processo inicie-se com 45 dias de anteced\u00eancia da data de Go Live (come\u00e7o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o da nova TMC)<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m disso, <strong>dois ou tr\u00eas comunicados espec\u00edficos apenas para os participantes da fase Piloto ou de Simula\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o de bom grado<\/strong>. A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser feita atrav\u00e9s de e-mails, newsletter, flyers, v\u00eddeos na intranet ou nas telas de TV, eventos, workshops, caf\u00e9s da manh\u00e3, etc (as possibilidades s\u00e3o infinitas), mas a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da equipe de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o neste processo \u00e9 fundamental. Al\u00e9m de ter grande conhecimento sobre os meios mais eficientes para realizar uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o desta propor\u00e7\u00e3o, o fator &#8220;como fazer&#8221; respeitando todos os guidelines (diretrizes) da empresa tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 algo relevante e precisa ser considerado. <strong>Um pouco antes do final desta fase (2), aconselhamos que a rodada de treinamentos dos usu\u00e1rios comece<\/strong>. Esta a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 conduzida pela equipe de treinamento da TMC e potencialmente, pelo time da pr\u00f3pria empresa (caso esta possua uma estrutura assim e esteja disposta a utilizar seus recursos para estes fins). Os treinamentos podem ser presenciais ou virtuais e recomendamos que um tutorial seja criado no caso de haver muitos usu\u00e1rios que n\u00e3o possam participar das sess\u00f5es. <strong>Um FAQ e um Memo Card contendo os principais contatos da TMC (time dedicado, emergencial, help desk da OBT, etc)<\/strong> e da equipe de Gest\u00e3o de Viagens da empresa tamb\u00e9m podem ser criados e disponibilizados na intranet ou na p\u00e1gina de Travel&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ENGLISH VERSION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dear Readers,<\/p>\n<p>The 365-days month has arrived &#8211; August! Budgets time, Hotels RFPs evolving and the airlines changing rules of luggage and seats in a domino effect! Therefore, I suggest to my colleagues and readers that they prepare, study their numbers and analyze their history to ensure a high-level, assertive discussion that brings you good results &#8211; a goal is already being struck in its construction!<\/p>\n<p>What indicators do you advocate as components of the costs of your categories? In addition to providing up-to-date information and proper care to our travelers, we have the opportunity to gain visibility and control over spending in this area &#8211; believe me, many companies do not give proper attention and spend much more than they should, as in general employees pay a dispatcher and ask for a refund.<\/p>\n<p>Who has searched for visa information in airlines&#8217; websites, and sometimes even in the Consulates and Embassies, knows how dramatic and unproductive this experience can be (for China then, and for a multiple entrance visa, not even spoken!). Why not consult a database updated by those who understand the subject, and more than that, have due support in the documentation process?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>GBTA S\u00e3o Paulo, Boston and Rio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are many things we hear in these events, much that we remember or learn. But what I wanted to keep from GBTA in S\u00e3o Paulo is Gabriela Otto&#8217;s suggestion for travel managers about hotel rate negotiations (less LRA, less allotments, more dynamic rates, more discounts on the Best Available Rate (BAR) , so even if you have an NLRA fare, you ALSO have access to the best daily fare, not just the NLRA or the LRA).<\/p>\n<p>At GBTA in Boston, I was impressed with AirBnB&#8217;s advancement and its integration with Concur and iSOS. It still did not convince me, but it gave me a positive surprise.<\/p>\n<p>Also interesting are the tools of events management and incentive travel, finally optimizing the processes, eliminating spreadsheets and facilitating the reading of budgets and details for a better decision making by the companies and their meeting planners.<\/p>\n<p>And for the colleagues from the state of Rio de Janeiro, the next edition of GBTA in Rio will be on August 21st at the Hilton in Barra da Tijuca.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fleet Management &#8211; Be Prepared!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As I mentioned in one of the last posts, I have no doubt that we will evolute to become Mobility Managers, which will surely include corporate fleet. In fact, many of the fellow travel managers are already responsible for this in their companies.<\/p>\n<p>Well, for those who do not know, there is a reference in the market that is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.institutoparar.com.br\/\">Parar Institute<\/a>, which even offers a Training Program for Fleet Managers (my dream to bring the equivalent of this, the GBTA&#8217;s <em>The Global Travel Professional Certification,<\/em> to Brazil). I suggest reading it because there are very interesting excerpts &#8211; especially for the practical examples he employs (I am a fan of examples and very little of rhetoric). For example (rs):<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Communication is basically the strategy we create to publicize our actions. We recommend that there are at least four company-wide releases and that this process should begin 45 days in advance of the Go-Live date (start of the new TMC operation). In addition, two or three specific announcements only for Pilot participants are welcome. Communication can be done through emails, newsletter, flyers, intranet videos or on TV screens, events, workshops, breakfasts, etc. (the possibilities are endless) but the participation of the Communication team in this process is fundamental. In addition to having a great knowledge of the most efficient means of communicating this proportion, the &#8220;how-to&#8221; factor respecting all company guidelines is also relevant and needs to be considered. Shortly before the end of this phase (2), we advise that the round of users training begins. This action is conducted by the TMC training team and potentially by the company&#8217;s own team (if it has such a structure and is willing to use its resources for these purposes). The trainings can be presencial or virtual and we recommend that a tutorial be created in case there are many users who can not participate in the sessions.
