Ouvir das pessoas que &#8220;fizemos hist\u00f3ria&#8221; e que &#8220;um dia olharemos para tr\u00e1s e veremos este dia como marco de um novo per\u00edodo&#8221; \u00e9 realmente gratificante. Espero que consigam separar 10 minutinhos do &#8220;m\u00eas do \u00a0<em>budget<\/em>&#8221; para ler o texto abaixo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>O que acho do AirBnB para o Corporativo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uma gestora muito querida est\u00e1 escrevendo seu TCC na faculdade e me pediu para falar sobre o AirBnB aqui no blog.<\/p>\n<p>Claro que o AirBnB \u00e9 fant\u00e1stico como inova\u00e7\u00e3o, um acesso \u00e0 arte de viajar que as pessoas n\u00e3o tinham antes, uma abertura de oportunidades &#8211; sou f\u00e3, de verdade! Mas com o que temos hoje n\u00e3o me sinto \u00e0 vontade em implant\u00e1-lo na empresa onde atuo ou n\u00e3o me sentiria na maioria das empresas se nelas atuasse.<\/p>\n<p>E minha posi\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o tem nada a ver com legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, por n\u00e3o pagar as taxas que a Hotelaria paga, etc (porque se fosse assim eu tamb\u00e9m seria reticente quanto ao Uber e Cabify, que s\u00e3o desregulamentados na maioria das cidades onde atuam). Tem a ver com garantias, com cuidado, com atendimento comercial, com riscos que n\u00e3o posso correr enquanto Gestor de Viagens respons\u00e1vel pelo bem-estar, seguran\u00e7a e produtividade dos meus viajantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wi-fi ruim ou inexistente;<\/li>\n<li>Chuveiro queimado ou com \u00e1gua fria;<\/li>\n<li>Limpeza indesej\u00e1vel (incluindo len\u00e7\u00f3is, toalhas);<\/li>\n<li>Local r\u00e1pido e seguro para retirar a chave;<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9dio sem elevador , sa\u00edda de emerg\u00eancia, seguran\u00e7as, <em>sprinklers;<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Balada no apartamento ao lado;<\/li>\n<li>Encanamento com problemas &#8211; para listar alguns potenciais riscos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enquanto n\u00e3o houver padr\u00e3o, enquanto n\u00e3o houver o m\u00ednimo de controle por parte da plataforma, a entrada no mercado corporativo ser\u00e1 limitada (j\u00e1 \u00e9 grande, mas n\u00e3o vejo muitas possibilidades de expans\u00e3o com as bases atuais). E n\u00e3o basta retroalimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de coment\u00e1rios entre anfitri\u00e3o e h\u00f3spede, responder r\u00e1pido a reclama\u00e7\u00f5es na Ouvidoria (e isso o AirBnB d\u00e1 <strong>UM BANHO<\/strong> na Hotelaria em geral) &#8230; os problemas simplesmente n\u00e3o podem acontecer, coisa que temos muito mais garantia e controle de qualidade na Hotelaria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sobre os Account Managers \/ Client Managers \/ Account Executives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gostaria de me solidarizar com os gerentes de contas \/ representantes comerciais de nossos fornecedores&#8230;. at\u00e9 porque j\u00e1 fui um, por 1 ano e meio.<\/p>\n<p>As empresas querem que estes profissionais se dediquem totalmente a seus clientes, a entend\u00ea-los, a oferecer ideias e solu\u00e7\u00f5es proativamente, certo? Pois ent\u00e3o convido-os a fazer algumas contas sobre horas do dia x atribui\u00e7\u00f5es internas.<\/p>\n<p>As empresas entopem estes profissionais de planilhas, relat\u00f3rios, <em>calls<\/em> e todo tipo de controle interno, tirando tempo deles de pensar em n\u00f3s, de analisar nossos relat\u00f3rios e nos trazer ideias \u00fateis que v\u00e3o al\u00e9m de pre\u00e7o (e n\u00f3s sentimos muita falta disto, podem apostar).<\/p>\n<p>Para um travel manager, \u00e9 impag\u00e1vel<em>\u00a0<\/em>um fornecedor nos enviar um WhatsApp, um email, nos ligar e dizer: &#8220;dei uma olhadinha nos meus relat\u00f3rios e sua tarifa m\u00e9dia na rota X com a concorrente est\u00e1 10% mais alta e seu share com eles est\u00e1 alto, ou comparei sua di\u00e1ria m\u00e9dia na cidade Y com o hotel do outro lado da rua e est\u00e1 15% mais alta do que a minha&#8230; voc\u00ea consegue enviar um comunicado, travar o OBT? Voc\u00ea est\u00e1 perdendo aqui, poderia melhorar ali&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Falando francamente, n\u00e3o d\u00e1 tempo de analisarmos tudo o tempo todo, ent\u00e3o termos assessores que nos ajudem, cada qual em sua especialidade, \u00e9 de um valor agregado absurdo.<\/p>\n<p>#ficaadica para os Diretores comerciais que ainda colocam visitas f\u00edsicas nas metas, que criam milhares de controles para seus colaboradores que nos atendem. Listening from people that we &#8220;made history&#8221; and that &#8220;one day we will look back and see this day as the mark of a new period&#8221; is really gratifying. I hope you can separate 10 minutes of the &#8220;budget month&#8221; to read the text below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>AirBnB for Corporations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A very dear manager is writing her Conclusion Work in college and asked me to talk about AirBnB here on the blog.<\/p>\n<p>Of course AirBnB is fantastic as an innovation, an access to the art of travel that people did not have before, an opening of opportunities &#8211; I&#8217;m a fan, really! But with what we have today I do not feel comfortable putting it in the company where I work or I would not feel in most companies if I acted in them.<\/p>\n<p>And my position has nothing to do with legislation, for not paying the fees that the hotel industry pays, etc. (because if that were so I would also be reticent about Uber and Cabify, which are deregulated in most of the cities where they operate). It has to do with guarantees, with care, with commercial attention, with risks that I can not run as a Travel Manager responsible for the well-being, safety and productivity of my travelers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bad or non-existent Wi-fi;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Shower burned or with cold water;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Unwanted cleaning (including sheets, towels);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Quick and safe place to check-in (take the keys);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Building without elevator, emergency exit, security guards, sprinklers;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Party in the apartment next door;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Troubled plumbing &#8211; to list some potential hazards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While there is no standards, while there is no minimal platform control, entry into the corporate market will be limited (it is already large, but I do not see many possibilities for expansion with the current bases). It is not enough feedbacks between host and guest, to respond quickly to complaints in the Ombudsman&#8217;s Office (and in this aspect, AirBnB beats Hotels in general) &#8230; the problems simply can not happen, thing that we have much more guarantee and quality control in Hospitality.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Account Managers \/ Client Managers \/ Account Executives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I would like to be in solidarity with the account managers \/ sales representatives of our suppliers &#8230; even because I have been one for 1 year and a half, some years ago.<\/p>\n<p>The companies want these professionals to dedicate themselves totally to their clients, to understand them, to offer ideas and solutions proactively, right? So I invite you to do some accounts about daylight hours x internal assignments.<\/p>\n<p>Companies clog these spreadsheets, reports, calls and all sorts of internal control, taking time from them to think about us, to analyze our reports, and to bring us useful ideas that go beyond price (and we miss it a lot, you can bet ).<\/p>\n<p>For a travel manager, it is priceless when a supplier sends us a WhatsApp, an email, call us and say, &#8220;I took a look at my reports and your average fare on route X in comparisson with the competitor is 10% higher and your market share with them is higher than with me, or compared your average nightly rate in city Y with the hotel across the street and it&#8217;s 15% higher than mine &#8230; can you send an internal communication, narrow the OBT rules? You&#8217;re missing out here, you could improve there&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Frankly speaking, we do not have time to analyze everything at all times, so to have advisors who help us, each one in his\/her specialties, is of an added absurd value.<\/p>\n<p>Hope it touches the Commercial Directors who still place physical visits to the goals, which create thousands of controls for their subordinates who serve us. I believe that nowadays the numbers speak everything by themselves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>if your employee visits little, but sells a lot &#8211; value him;<\/li>\n<li>if your employee visits a lot, but sells little &#8211; reassess his\/her methods and orient them;<\/li>\n<li>if your employee does not visit and does not sell &#8211; reevaluate his\/her permanence in Sales (it does not mean that they are a bad employee, they may be in the wrong area and being misused).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cabify Corporate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A few months ago I gave Uber space in this blog. A few weeks ago I met Cabify at a business meeting and immediately asked them to send me texts to post on my blog, sharing with you more about this company and its disruptive service.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Cabify is a Spanish company that arrived in Brazil in 2016 and has won thousands of users in the cities where it operates: Bras\u00edlia, Belo Horizonte, Campinas, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, Santos and S\u00e3o Paulo.
