O barato muitas vezes sai caro, e bem caro.<\/p>\n<p>Depois de ouvir muitas reclama\u00e7\u00f5es pelo mercado, tive acesso recentemente a um relato sobre o descaso da mesma com nossos viajantes. Consultei o ReclameAqui e qual a surpresa? Das 162 reclama\u00e7\u00f5es registradas em 2017 no site, NENHUMA foi respondida por eles. Isso mesmo, nenhuma.<\/p>\n<p>Que a maioria das Cias. A\u00e9reas n\u00e3o se importa muito com a opini\u00e3o do corporativo a gente j\u00e1 sabe, mas este est\u00e1gio de descaso \u00e9 realmente inaceit\u00e1vel!<\/p>\n<p>Depoimento de uma viajante corporativa que recebi de um colega:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Tinha um voo agendado para Marrocos \u2013 Marrakesh Aeroporto RAK para dia 07\/01 \u00e0s 00:10, realizei o check in normalmente e embarquei na aeronave, ap\u00f3s o embarque de todos os passageiros a aeronave saiu da plataforma e alguns minutos ap\u00f3s retornou informando que haviam detectado uma falha t\u00e9cnica e que precisar\u00edamos aguardar o reparo, ficamos presos na aeronave sem ar condicionado e sem a m\u00ednima informa\u00e7\u00e3o por <strong>cerca de 3 horas e meia<\/strong>, neste \u00ednterim nos serviram o jantar e ap\u00f3s isso fomos desembarcados, orientados a restituir nossas bagagens, passar pelo controle de passaporte na sa\u00edda do aeroporto e ir at\u00e9 o balc\u00e3o de check in para maiores informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>No balc\u00e3o de check in estava uma confus\u00e3o generalizada com apenas 3 funcionarios extremamente mal educados para nos orientar, recebemos um voucher de hotel e fomos direcionados ao \u00f4nibus, chegamos no referido hotel Panamby Barra Funda as 07:30 da manh\u00e3;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Primeira nova previs\u00e3o de voo foi dada para dia 07\/01 \u00e0s 18 horas, por\u00e9m cerca de 2 horas depois desta informa\u00e7\u00e3o recebemos uma nova de que s\u00f3 embarcar\u00edamos no dia 08\/01 \u00e0s 8 horas;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>O escrit\u00f3rio comercial da companhia aerea situado na Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 3144 3 \u00ba andar, fone 3568-2763 n\u00e3o opera aos finais de semana;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Fiz contato com o canal do cliente no n\u00famero +212 5224 89797 \u00a0(35 minutos em uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o internacional) e fui orientada a ir at\u00e9 o aeroporto, solicitar o cancelamento do check in realizado e solicitar a realoca\u00e7\u00e3o para o voo do dia 08\/01 \u00e0s 00:15 pois ainda havia vaga dispon\u00edvel, assim eu fiz, retornei ao aeroporto por volta das 15:30 hs, por\u00e9m n\u00e3o existe funcionarios da Royal Air Maroc em Guarulhos apenas funcionarios terceirizados que n\u00e3o tinham nenhuma informa\u00e7\u00e3o concreta, apenas diziam que n\u00e3o era poss\u00edvel realizar nada e que dev\u00edamos aguardar o gerente comercial da companhia chegar \u00e0s 19 horas;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Aguardei este gerente chegar porem ele n\u00e3o se disponibilizou a falar com ninguem, ent\u00e3o aguardei no aeroporto at\u00e9 que consegui deixar meu nome em uma lista de espera para o voo do dia 08\/01 \u00e0s 00:15, a referida lista de espera n\u00e3o foi respeitada pois eu era a 8 \u00ba da lista e 3 estrageiros foram colocados na minha frente, tudo isso foi presenciado e questionado no balc\u00e3o de embarque, a l\u00edder de atendimento Andrea Lacerda \u00e9 extremamente grosseira, gritava com os passageiros da lista de espera e dizia apenas que dever\u00edamos voltar para o hotel e esperar ou pedir nosso reembolso.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Fui novamente realocada em um outro hotel, no Bristol em Guarulhos, cheguei no hotel por volta da 01 manh\u00e3, exausta.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00c0s 2 da manh\u00e3 liguei no telefone do escrit\u00f3rio da Royal no aeroporto fone 2445-2369 e essa mesma Andrea Lacerda informou que 2 mec\u00e2nicos haviam chegado ao aeroporto com a pe\u00e7a de reparo da aeronave e\u00a0 que o voo continuava previsto para 08\/01 \u00e0s 8 da manh\u00e3 e que ser\u00edamos informados no hotel quanto ao hor\u00e1rio do transfer para o aeroporto.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00c0s 4:30 da manh\u00e3 liguei na recep\u00e7\u00e3o do hotel e fui informada que a companhia aerea havia enviado um email dizendo que o voo do dia 08\/01 \u00e0s 8 da manh\u00e3 estava cancelado e que os mec\u00e2nicos s\u00f3 teriam acesso \u00e0 aeronave ap\u00f3s \u00e0s 9 horas da manh\u00e3.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Fiz contato com o telefone de emergencia da agencia e fui orientada a retornar a liga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s 8 horas da manh\u00e3 e falar diretamente com o time de suporte da empresa, isso tambem foi feito e fui orientada a relatar o problema por email&#8221;.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>IPCA fecha a 2,95% em 2017 &#8211; o que isso muda em suas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Todos ver\u00e3o esta not\u00edcia e ficar\u00e3o aliviados, certo? (embora o Banco Central tenha de explicar porque a infla\u00e7\u00e3o ficou abaixo da meta m\u00ednima de 3%, pela primeira vez fora do regime de metas, criado em 1999).<\/p>\n<p>Boa not\u00edcia, mas este \u00e9 um \u00edndice geral de infla\u00e7\u00e3o, e ao abrirmos as linhas que impactam nossa Categoria de Viagens &amp; Eventos vemos que\u00a0 passagens subiram 22,28% por exemplo; alimentos ca\u00edram 4,85% (mas alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o fora de casa subiu 3,83%) ; taxa de \u00e1gua e esgoto subiu 10,52%; energia el\u00e9trica subiu 10,35% (estas \u00faltimas todas impactam diretamente a Hotelaria) ; a gasolina subiu 10,32% (impactando todos os setores, mas especialmente fornecedores de transportes terrestres, privados ou de aplicativos); e planos de sa\u00fade subiram mais de 13%.<\/p>\n<p>Isso requer equil\u00edbrio nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es com fornecedores finais. Em geral, fees de TMCs s\u00e3o corrigidos anualmente numa combina\u00e7\u00e3o de reajuste da categoria (obviamente impactado pela infla\u00e7\u00e3o) + a pr\u00f3pria infla\u00e7\u00e3o oficial, que pode ser IPCA ou IGPM (depende do contrato vigente) &#8211; em pesos que podem variar de 50\/50 a 80\/20 na composi\u00e7\u00e3o do valor final da corre\u00e7\u00e3o do fee.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, fornecedores finais como Cias. That&#8217;s right, none.<\/p>\n<p>We already know that most of the airlines do not care much about the corporate sector&#8217;s opinion, but this stage of neglect is really unacceptable!<\/p>\n<p>Testimony of a corporate traveler I received from a colleague:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I had a scheduled flight to Morocco &#8211; Marrakesh on 07\/01 at 00:10, checked in normally and boarded the aircraft, after boarding all the passengers the aircraft left the platform and a few minutes after returning, stating that had detected a technical fault and that we would have to wait for the repair, we were caught in the aircraft without air conditioning and without the minimum information for about 3 hours and a half, in the meantime they served us dinner and after that we were disembarked, passed through the passport control at the airport exit and went to the check in desk for more information.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>At the check-in counter there was a widespread confusion with only 3 extremely rude staff to guide us, we received a hotel voucher and were directed to the bus, we arrived at the referred hotel Panamby Barra Funda at 07:30 in the morning;<\/li>\n<li>First new flight forecast was given on 07\/01 at 6:00 p.m., but about 2 hours after this information we received a new one that we would only board on 08\/01 at 8 o&#8217;clock;<\/li>\n<li>The commercial office of the airline company located at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 3144 3rd floor, telephone 3568-2763 does not operate at weekends;<\/li>\n<li>I contacted the customer&#8217;s channel at +212 5224 89797 (35 minutes on an international call) and was directed to go to the airport, request the cancellation of the check in and request a reallocation for the flight because there was still a vacancy available, so I did, I returned to the airport around 15:30, but there are no Royal Air Maroc officials in Guarulhos only outsourced employees who had no concrete information, just said that it was not possible and that we should wait for the company&#8217;s commercial manager to arrive at 7:00 p.m.;<\/li>\n<li>I waited for this manager to arrive but he did not make himself available to talk to anyone, so I waited at the airport until I was able to leave my name on a waiting list for the flight , the waiting list was not respected because I was the 8th on the list and 3 foreigners were placed in front of me, all this was witnessed and questioned at the boarding desk, service leader Andrea Lacerda was extremely rude, shouted at the waiting list and said only that we should go back to the hotel and wait or ask for our refund.<\/li>\n<li>I was relocated again to another hotel, at the Bristol in Guarulhos, I arrived at the hotel around 01 am, exhausted.<\/li>\n<li>At 2 o&#8217;clock in the morning I called the telephone number of Royal&#8217;s office at the airport telephone number 2445-2369 and that same Andrea Lacerda reported that 2 mechanics had arrived at the airport with the repair part of the aircraft and that the flight was still scheduled for 08\/01 to 8 and we would be informed at the hotel about the time of the transfer to the airport.<\/li>\n<li>At 4:30 in the morning I called the hotel reception and was informed that the airline had sent an email saying that the flight from 08\/01 to 08:00 am was canceled and that the mechanics would only have access to the aircraft after 9 am in the morning.<\/li>\n<li>I contacted the TMC emergency telephone and was directed to return the call at 8:00 am and speak directly to the support team of the company, this was done and I was directed to report the problem by email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>IPCA closes at 2.95% in 2017 &#8211; what does this change in your negotiations?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Everyone will see this news and will be relieved, right? (although the Central Bank has to explain why inflation was below the 3% target, outside the inflation targeting regime for the first time since when it was established in 1999).<\/p>\n<p>Well, but this is a general index of inflation, and when we open the lines that impact our Travel &amp; Events Category we see that tickets rose 22.28% for example; food fell 4.85% (but food out of house rose 3.83%); water and sewage rate rose 10.52%; electricity increased by 10.35% (the latter all directly impacting Hospitality); gasoline rose 10.32% (impacting all sectors, but especially ground transporation, private or application carriers); and health plans rose more than 13%.<\/p>\n<p>This requires balance in the negotiations with final suppliers. In general, TMC fees are readjusted in a combination of category readjustment (obviously impacted by inflation) + inflation itself, which may be IPCA or IGPM &#8211; in scores that can range from 50\/50 to 80\/20 of each in the final composition of the adjustement index of that year.<\/p>\n<p>However, final suppliers such as Airlines, Hotels, Car rental companies and executive transport companies can adjust rates very aggressively, and inattentive buyers pay much more than they should; buyers also need to be careful not to make the operation of their suppliers unsustainable and to undermine the safety of their travelers, as well as the quality of the services they receive, and that we all know very well how much that impacts their productivity, efficiency and well-being (see note above about Air Maroc).<\/p>\n<p>The hint of Procurement is always to have in the contracts clauses of efficiency that challenge the suppliers to seek to optimize their costs, not to have to readjust their prices above inflation &#8211; it is a fact that there is a lot, but a lot of waste in the operations of all of us that pressures costs and prices as a consequence.<\/p>\n<p>And of course, study these and other numbers before you go for a negotiation, whether you are a customer or a supplier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source:<\/strong>\u00a0http:\/\/www.panrotas.com.br\/noticia-turismo\/mercado\/2018\/01\/inflacao-oficial-de-2017-e-a-menor-taxa-desde-1998_152478.html?pesquisa<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Caros Leitores, Feliz 2018 a voc\u00eas!
